Art Galleries - Bay Roberts

Bay Roberts was settled in 1600, it has a history of growth and prosperity. The migratory fishermen from the English west country of Devon and the French fisherman from Jersey settled in Bay Roberts because of its harbour, areas of good beach with flat rocks to cure fish without having to construct fishing flakes. The town is considered one of the most thriving centers on the Baccalieu Trail.
