Bed and
Breakfast - Badger
The town of Badger was first settled in 1890's by
John Pauls, a Mi'Kmaq hunter. The area was rich in forest resources and
within 30 years, almost 300 people were living there. Many were railway
workers and employees of the sawmills owned by the Anglo-Newfoundland
Development Company (now Abitibi-Consolidated).
