A pretty town with a pretty name, Rose Blanche is only 45 km east of Port aux Basques. The fishing village's main tourist attraction is an old stone lighthouse on a point of land called "The Neck". With the construction completed in 1873, and restored in 1999, it's the only remaining structure from the community's earliest days.
