| Opened in 1960,
the complex on Prince Philip Drive houses the Newfoundland and Labrador
House of Assembly and the offices of most of the departments of
government. See the House of
Assembly on the main floor of the Confederation East Block. The outside
grounds feature a number of statues and memorials. A new polished granite
coat of arms was donated by the Johnson Family Foundation. |
