Vikings, geology and rare plants make interesting bedfellows within a short radius of Pistolet Bay Park.

L'Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site is approximately 30kms to the east, and our rare plant site, Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve, is approximately 10 kms to the east.
