Founded in 1909, Bishop's Falls, Newfoundland is a picturesque community nestled on the banks of the Exploits River. Originally, the town's economy and prominence was centered around CN Railway's operations. The town has successfully diversified its economy. It's the manufacturing capital in central Newfoundland for small manufacturers including sporting goods, recreational products, fiberglass products, food and confectionery products, and metal fabrication. The town's infrastructure includes a recreational complex featuring a stadium hosting various trade show events.
