Barachois Pond Provincial Park

The largest and one of the most popular provincial parks. It has a large pond for swimming, boating, angling or water skiing. Take a hike up the Erin Mountain Trail for a panoramic view of the west coast's land and sea or canoe Barachois Pond for a chance of a close encounter with a moose. Moose are often seen at the trail plateau or on the sides of the pond.
